It's official! I have (finally) launched my website - on my birthday, no less - and I'm so excited to be able to take you on this journey with me. There is so much to talk about, but I'll be brief so you can start exploring.

First and foremost, thank you for finding me. Without you, there would be no website, no stories, no me. It's a symbiotic relationship we have. You give me the opportunity to write these twisted tales, and for that I am forever grateful.

That's probably why I'm so excited about this site finally coming to life. Now we have a place where we can come to read, chat, discuss, read some more, cringe, and otherwise enjoy getting creeped out together.

You'll find my store, The Black Market (catchy, huh?), has all of my published works available for purchase. They are priced based on the amount of content they contain, so short stories are the cheapest, then come novelettes, novellas, and full length novels and collections. The number of words or pages and an estimated read time is provided for each, so you know what you're getting before you add it to your shopping bag. Be sure to read the short description too, but be warned - I try not to give too much away. No spoilers!

After purchase, you'll receive an EPUB file via email that you can download into the library of all the popular eBook reader apps, including Kindle, Nook, eBook Reader, Google Play Books, and more. And if you ever need a format that's not listed, just email me using the Contact page, and I'll do my best to get you what you need. I want to make this site as easy as possible for everyone to enjoy.

So then there's the blog page, The Blackboard, which you've already found. I'll post every once in a while about what's new in my world or how I'm progressing with upcoming works or really whatever I feel like you might want to know. If you're inclined, please sign up for my quarterly newsletter, Dark Matters (named after my first published work), where I will try to summarize the blogs and add some fresh juicy morsels for my loyal followers.

You can always email me at gdb@gdonaldblack.com if you want to reach out personally. And yes, it's really me who responds, and I try to answer every email I receive as quickly as possible. It's a lot of work churning out my creations, but I always have time for you.

That's it for now. Check back often and enjoy!

Stay well,
